Austin Condo Hotel

I have stayed at the Natiivo many times. This is one of the best rooms. Nicely decorated with some neat touches. Very comfortable. Also the host is great and they even have enough hangars in the closet!!! The location is perfect. I travel for both business and to visit my daughter at UT and I am able to easily get around the Austin area and walk to some great spots as well.

Amazing property with modern, stylish interiors and stunning city and river views. The apartment is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished for comfort. The building offers excellent amenities, including a rooftop pool and lounge overlooking downtown. It’s in a prime location next to the park, with a great coffee shop and bar downstairs. Overall, a fantastic stay for both work and leisure.

My husband and I went for a week trip just to explore Austin. The location was perfect, check in and out a breeze. The place was very clean and modern, our room was 1107 and was well stocked for our week. It was super nice to have the washer and dryer in unit and we enjoyed the pool on many sunny afternoons. The pool furniture was plush and it was nice to have the cabanas on the really hot days! Great views of the bats from the pool too!

A nice place with great views. Parking is either paid street parking or valet at the condo hotel for $40 per day. The valet operates 24/7, which is convenient. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The rules are fairly strict, so if you smoke anything, be cautious. There are several additional fees, including a $500 deposit, which I don’t recall seeing clearly on the booking site. Late checkout is charged after just 30 minutes. Smoking in the room results in a $500 fee, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. The pool is excellent, and the views from the 33rd floor are impressive. If you’re a respectful guest, you shouldn’t have any issues, but it can feel a bit nerve-racking knowing how easily a rule violation could be claimed. I recommend taking photos of any existing repairs or damage upon arrival, just in case. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would stay here again.

Amazing accommodations...from how nicely appointed the unit was, spacious, the view, clean and it had a washer and drier. Perfect location steps from lady bird lakes trails and the restaurants on Rainey street and it also had an attractive lobby and coffee shop downstairs as well as great workout facilities and a beautiful rooftop pool and seating. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, great location. We needed a few items that the condo was missing and they arrived quickly. Rooftop pool was nice. Walkable to a few nice spots to eat and drink. The walking path is around the corner and a wonderful place to spend time. The owner was quick to respond and checked in with me. Having a W/D was a great touch too. The one room had a Murphy bed, it was a bit tight for 2 adults. The sofa bed was as expected. The king room was nice. I wouldn’t recommend this unit for a family, the doors were thin and loud when they closed to the Jack and Jill style set up. The extra 1/2 bath was a nice addition. My only complaint is not related to the condo or host. The experiences related to those were all positive. However, the front desk staff was incredibly rude. He rolled his eyes at us when we inquired about our keys possibly not working on day 3. Everyone else we encountered was great. I wish I had gotten his name. His attitude was not necessary. He was annoyed at the request to assist with an apparent common issue with the keys on the elevators. Other than that staff member. The rest of the trip was amazing.

10/10 will absolutely stay again, the views are amazing the location is wonderful, they make your entire stay very seamless and relaxing I took mostly videos but these are the views from our room, also there is so much to do nearby and great food! Also there is a coffee shop inside the hotel that is 10/10… the entire trip was wonderful.

Very nice condo and Austin was a great host. Check-in was easy, and the atmosphere was immaculate and welcoming. Condo had a very nice skyline view of the city with many amenities. My staybwas peaceful and accommodating.
